We at Emory University are committed to providing a more navigable and responsive point of entry for
groups, organizations, and agencies seeking a university partner or assistance for a specific project,
program, or initiative. We recognize that the university's greatest assets are the knowledge
and expertise of its faculty and staff and the boundless energy, enthusiasm, and creativity of its
students. When paired with community partners we believe these assets can be utilized to help craft
solutions to important problems in the Greater Atlanta community.
To assist in creating partnerships that address critical community needs, the Office of
University-Community Partnerships (OUCP) maintains the Community Partnerships
Database which has been designed to help others learn more about Emory's various engagements in the
Greater Atlanta community. OUCP also provides an entry point for requests
for assistance from community groups, organizations, and agencies that may be submitted on-line, by
fax (404-712-9892), or by telephone (404-712-9893). OUCP serves as a matchmaker, seeking out faculty,
staff, and students within the university who possess the skills and expertise to address the needs of
those seeking assistance.
