Funded by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson and Benton Foundations, HEARMe is a collaborative project between Sagal Radio, Clarkston Community Center and Emory University's OUCP. In conjunction with seven other new media production programs from across the country, HEARMe partners create on-air, on-line, and on-stage productions promoting health and cultural competency for East African refugees, now New Americans. Learn more about this exciting project at the New Routes website and at the HEARMe website. Mr. Hussien Mohamed is HEARMe's project manager.
